Condition of Merchandise
Most of our items are sold as new, straight-from-the-factory
items. If a firearm is being offered as used or on consignment, it will
be clearly identified using our percentage rating scale.
Firearms
Federal law prohibits the shipment of firearms to consumers.
You can, however, purchase ammunition, black powder, and many other gun
supplies and accessories from us.

Shipping
Firearm shipping will be either U.P.S. or Parcel Post.
Shipping fees are based on the actual shipping costs plus packaging material
including hard shipping case.
48-Hour Examination Period
We want you to be satisfied with your Shedhorn purchases.
Please keep all packing material and documentation in the event
your purchases need to be serviced or returned. Your purchase must be
returned with your sales receipt. If you purchase your firearm from an
out-of-state vendor, you will need to return the item to the sale location.
Items may be returned for exchange/store credit within 2 days of
date of delivery, provided items are returned freight pre-paid to 103 W. Main
Street, Ennis, Montana 59729, in new, saleable condition. Shedhorn
reserves the right to authorize product returns within 48 hours from the
delivery date.
Items Damaged in Shipping
If your shipment appears to be damaged upon arrival, do not accept
the shipment. Upon opening your shipment you find you have received
damaged or defective merchandise, please contact Shedhorn Sports at (406)
682-4210, within 48-hours of package receipt for a Return Authorization Number
(RA).
Purchase Orders and C.O.D. Shipping
We do not accept Purchase Orders or ship via C.O.D.
Sales Tax
Federal law does not require us to charge sales tax for items shipped across
state lines, but you may be required by your state to remit sales tax.
